Hearty Hamburger Goulash

Just a quick pop in to share a quick meal idea. For years we've had a dinner/recipe in our family. It's one of those kinds that doens't need a recipe card, because it's so easy and versatile. We call it hamburger goulash. I know everyone has their own version of this, but I thought I'd come over and share this with ya'll in case you were wanting something easy for dinner tonight.

Hearty Hamburger Goulash

1lb hamburger (or turkey, or crumbled meat)
1 box pasta (we use elbow maccaroni, but this time we used shells, honestly anything will work)
1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions
Meanwhile brown hamburger over medium heat, and drain off fat.
Add diced tomatoes and spaghetti sauce and spices and let simmer.
Drain pasta and add meat sauce
Stir to combine

Top with parmesaen cheese and serve with veggies and garlic bread!

You can see this recipe and a lot more that I've created and shared over at the new website "My Recipe Magic" run by the Six Sisters Stuff girls! It's an awesome site to share your recipes, make menus, print shopping lists, and much more. I'll be sharing a lot more recipes over there and pinning them to my Pinterest board as I create them, so make sure to come check it out! :-)

Hope everyone is having a great Sunday!
