Cheesy Sausage & Potato Casserole

It's cold! The high today was 9! That's freaking freezing yo! So we needed something warm and hearty to eat for dinner. I decided I'd throw together a casserole and see how it turned out. There weren't many leftovers let me tell ya. If you want the nutritional info then clickity click right here!

Cheesy Sausage & Potato Casserole
1 roll sausage (use whatever you like, but I just used the breakfast sausage kind)
6 Medium potatoes
1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup (I used the fat free stuff)
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups shredded cheese, divided
Salt (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Any other seasonings you so desire

Preheat oven to 425
Crumble the sausage into a medium skillet and cook over medium heat until brown.
Drain off grease and set aside
Cube potatoes into bite size pieces and layer in the bottom of a 13X9 baking pan
Sprinkle sausage and peas over the top.
Combine soup, milk, 1 ciup cheese and seasoning in a bowl and mix well, pour over potatoes, coat well
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Tent loosely with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are done and cheese is hot and bubbly.

Serve with a veggie and some rolls. Enjoy my friends!
